Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support department who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service, you are entitled to a refund within 15 days. There are no refunds past the 15-day period.

Refunds are not available for domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.), SSL Certificates, domain transfer fees, or any other third-party services provided by Ouzir Host.

No refunds are provided for VPS or Dedicated servers under any circumstances. Additionally, no refunds will be made if hosting or other services are terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases or renewals. Setup fees and accounts purchased under promotional offers are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

To claim a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be made within the first 15 days of service activation.
  • The service must not have been terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services excluded from the refund policy, such as VPS and Dedicated Servers.

Exclusions

The following services and products are not eligible for refunds:

  • VPS, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, and other Infrastructure Services.
  • AWS or Google Cloud Computing services.
  • Setup fees and promotional accounts.

Claim Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible period. Ensure you provide the necessary details and proof of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Important Notes

If the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is violated, eligibility for the refund will be voided. Ouzir Host reserves the right to deny refunds if abuse of services is determined.
